Returns Policy

Unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund but I can offer an exchange for a piece of equal value.   Please contact me at info@luciamcilmunn.com to discuss.  The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt undamaged in the original packaging by registered post and the purchaser will be responsible for costs .   

Postage & Shipping

Prints are made to order and are shipped within 7-10 working days.  Orders shipped within the UK are charged at £10 per print to cover postage and packaging and the price will be displayed at the checkout.  You will be notified by e-mail upon dispatch with the tracking details. 

Payments

All prices and payments are in GBP.   Online payments can be made by debit and credit card and are secured via STRIPE payments.  All payments are private and no payment details are stored or passed on to outside agencies.
